Our calling for service

Our story begins with a simple act of love: taking our beloved grandmother to her dialysis appointments. As a family, we quickly realized how crucial dependable transportation is for those with medical needs. We also witnessed the challenges many face in accessing affordable and reliable non-emergency medical transportation. Inspired by her resilience and the desire to serve others, we knew we could make a difference.

Making an impact

Founded by a dedicated nurse and her son, Prolific Heart & Hands NEMT is more than a business—it’s a mission. As a healthcare professional, I’ve seen firsthand the struggles individuals face in getting to essential appointments, whether for dialysis, therapy, or regular check-ups. Together with my son, we set out to create a service that not only meets this demand but does so with empathy and respect for every passenger.
Our Mission: To provide compassionate, reliable, and affordable non-emergency medical transportation that empowers individuals to access the care they need while fostering a stronger, healthier community.
